[MOD] SnapchatLensesEnabler

Hey guys, I've just created a new module to enable Snapchat's new Lenses feature. This module works by changing Build.MANUFACTURER to "samsung" and Build.MODEL to "SM-G925T". Tested and confirmed working on my Nexus 4. Your mileage may vary.

This will still require you to be on >5.0
