How to recover history from chrome?

Hi. I would like to know if it's possible get my chrome history and bookmarks without using the smartphone. I mean I get all the folders from my sdcard in my pc (backup lov u) and I would like to know if I can "restore" these options in my computer while I get my smartphone repaired.
