How to get rid of this malware.

I have got this problem, the app is hot girls, it has administrative rights and can't be uninstalled, I have tried in unchecking the app in apps with administrative right but all it does is to lock my phone and make it to black except I close the front case and open it will it on again. Am not at the luxury of doing a hard reset now, is there no way like deleting the app from system/app folder in root or something else but will do the reset as last resort
