help plz in moto x att xt1097

i have been update the phone with rsd lite 6.2.4 its done but after done
in setup wizard i cant acssec in it
the phone have messeage (this device was reset to continue sing in with a google that was previously sunced on this device)

i do it after back come same page

even i have also this messega
unfortunately setup wizard has stopped

any help
