Help Please : Error while flashing stock rom on htc desire 310

BROM ERROR : S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004)

[H/W] Fai; to download DA to baseband chip's internal SRAM!

i press volume down then plug on the usb cable but it doesn't start flashing

Pls Help :(
