Flashing btu (uk) fw on nordic device?

Got a question. I remember on my note 3 I could install custom roms from other regions. But is there something that could give me any errors on stock roms from other regions?

I would think that I have to input apn settings manually..

Reason I'm asking is cause I want the aoh4 firmware on my phone.
