Enable WiFi channel 12/13?

I'll keep this short, I have a G3 VS985

Im wondering if anyone has found a way to modify the WiFi settings on this phone to enable WiFi channels 12/13 and maybe 14 if possible?

I have tried using sqlite3 to edit settings.db to no avail.


Bonus question, is it possible to use 40mhz bandwidth on 2.4ghz? Or only on 5ghz?
