Deodexing brought strange unlisted App on Board. What to do?

I dedoxed my Galaxy Tab 4 as described in this thread and it worked great (I used the version for SM-T535). But now I have a strange a strange App named Žmonės that wasn't there before and you can only find it in the settings, not the general applist. Even though I found it (or a look a like :confused:) in Google Play Store and it looks like a harmless Russian magazine I am uncertain how to proceed. Should I simple uninstall it? Is it some adware?
