Today,we are proud to be the official presenter of this new OFFICIAL CYANOGENMOD ROM!(Lollipop 5.1.1)The ROM was provided to us by one of the CyanogenMod folks:Marc Gillet.This is going to be super useful for GT-P5200 users who enjoy this forum and high-tech developing.We're sure that all of you were kind a upset because the next Android update:Lollipop isn't designed for Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and the device is almost UNROOTABLE for :eek:s.But right after this,you are gonna have to blow your mind(or you don't have to because you maybe had since the root stuff so now maybe it's in China:().
What is CyanogenMod?
Ok,maybe you first need to get some information about this before you can eventually do the thing or else this is gonna be useless.CyanogenMod is like Andy's(Android) cousin,except that he is blue,thinner and cooler:cool:.Probably the best known Android custom ROM in the history!Until now,Cyany had versions from 1.0 to 12.0(Which is the version this ROM will provide).They all have their own boot animation and maybe even appearance too!But beware,he is sometimes :silly: so it is hard to say it is better than using the official manufacturer provided ROM.
[SIZE="4"]WHAYT YOU NEED:
-Your device
-Wi-Fi or any Internet connection
-Zip Packages(Coming Soon in a thread called "CM12 Zip Packages")
-TWRP 2.8.6.0 or higher(install this through Odin;instructions by Miguel Angel Rocha on YouTube)
-Your mind(cause it's gonna fly to China again)
With these easy tiny little steps,you'll get the ROM in no time:D!
Step 1:Extract the zip package(via any file manager)
Step 2:Boot into recovery mode
Step 3:Go to Install
Step 4:Choose 3 zips and flash(After choosing a zip,click add more zips and add the others)
Step 5:Reboot System and enjoy!
And the best part is,if you have a Google account,it can restore all apps you installed from the Play Store!
