Can I able to restore the nandroid back of my stock rom I made though TWRP ?

Can I able to restore the nandroid back of my stock rom I made though TWRP using TWRP restore feature on my Samsung Galaxy J7 device ?

I did a nandroid back up of my stock rom of my device Samsung Galaxy J7 (SM-J700F) by using TWRP (I'm currently on it). My phone is rooted though (by installing superuser (update.zip) through TWRP). Could I be able to restore the Nandroid back I made, if any time I want ? Or since my stock rom is rooted and and have a custom recovery at the time I did backup, it can't be done or it won't work well?
