[APP][4.1.1.16] TWC TV - VPN/ADB/HDMI checks removed. Watch all channels

TWC TV App with VPN, ADB, and HDMI checks removed. My main reason for modifying this app is so that you can watch all the channels when you're away from home. All you have to do is setup a VPN server on your home network and use your phone to connect to it. I won't go into detail on setting up a VPN, but you can either set one up on a dd-wrt router or a computer that is always.

Notes:
1. I only tested this app on my phone running 5.1.
2. I don't have an HDMI cable for my phone, so that functionality wasn't tested.
3. I'll continue to update this app as long as I have TWC. I'll post the new version on this thread.
4. My first time decompiling an app, so this is the best I could do for now.
