No Wifi calling option?

I have a lumia 640 cv unbranded UK version. I flashed firmware for EE UK which has wifi calling option, and there is no wifi calling option in the menu, yes I am on EE, yes I am registered for wifi calling having used it on iPhone so why is there no wifi calling option in the menu?
