S3 Neo - Stock UI Theming

Can I somehow change the brightness slider color to white? I'm using wanam xposed to theme my phone but i can't find the setting to change it (i am not able to find it probably lol). And can I change the power menu colors to black and white? I'm owning a S3 Neo in the color black so I thought it would look awesome :D
