[Q] Unable to download recovery files for my Kindle Fire 2. PLEASE HELP.

Hey guys,
So I have been trying to follow this guide:

But all the downloads seem to be down. I've tried multiple computers, internet providers (home and school) and I can't access them. Is it just for me? If they are really down, does anyone have those files I can download?
