[Q] Flashing "Error!" screen...

I attempted to wipe the cache with a low battery, I plugged the phone in, but didn't realize it wasn't actually charging, and it lost power. Now when I turn it on all I get is a flashing "Error!" screen with the red triangle coming out of the guy's chest.

Is there anything I can do? I'm not rooted or anything.
