Low internal memory on new lollipop rom

Hi everyone.
So i ported this lollipop custom rom.. And everything was good except.. In my original stock rom.. My internal memory was 32gb.. in this lollipop custom rom It is now 2.49gb anyone can help me? Thanks in advance.. Any suggesting help will do 😀..
And when i go to my recovery.. I can see the whole files and pictures and roms in my original 32gb internal memory.. But when i boot up in the file manager.. Just says i have 2.49gb free internal memory
