[Request] A Certain App for the LG G4

Hey, before getting my G4, i have had a Meizu MX 4 (Big mistake :rolleyes:) and over there, there was a system app called "Security".
One of the advantages this app had, is Disabling Apps from working automatically.
it means, that i can mark any app that i dont want to be opened in my ram background till i open it.
My question is - Is there a similar app that doesnt require root?
