Other party can't hear me when turn on speakerphone

I bought my new LG G4 H811 on Ebay week ago it is brand new sealed .
Everything went ok until i try to use a speakerphone. Other side can't hear me when i turn speakerphone on.
Test Voice recorder and it work good.
Please help. Thanks
