This thread deals with the wifi not turning on and random wifi mac address ...
while searching in google i came across that so many other phones have the same problem ... went through the respective forums and found that bootloader param partition contains the wifi mac address and clearly when unlocking the bootloader the param partitions are affected ...
by reading you must have understood the fix ...
just relock the bootloader in fastboot mode with the following command
"fastboot -i 0x1ebf oem lock"
