I need help from Android developers.

Please can any Android developer help me with this problem:

I rooted my Samsung galaxy mini 2 from 2.3.6 to 4.2 jelly bean long time ago

But now i want to sell it & there is a problem, camera isn't working on recording videos, can i root my mobile back to 2.3.6? :confused:

Or if there is a solution for this problem kindly tell me. :(
