Few questions regarding Marshmallow and the Note 5

When Samsung updates the Note 5 with their version of Android 6.0 will it:
1. have Now on Tap?
2. Allow Android Pay instead of Samsung Pay?
3. Allow the 6.0 fingerprint API to be utilized for such things as purchasing apps on the Play Store?
